A mobile barber in Bolton has been shortlisted for the top 100 small businesses in the country. Jignesh Madhavji, owner of Jiggi Mobile Barbershop, was selected as a finalist among 99 other businesses and was celebrated at an event at the House of Lords.

Jiggi Mobile Barbershop has only been in business for 18 months but has already built up an extensive clientele spread across Greater Manchester. Mr Jignesh, 39, said in an interview with MEN: “Being a small business, being a one-man team, it's great to be recognized. It helps the business and to be able to celebrate along with all other businesses is great. It's wonderful,” he said.
“I started trading in Vans 18 months ago. This is a unique business and we offer something different that our customers love. I want to focus on this, get it right and build I've been building it, and I'm still enjoying it.”
